ACN Inc.com has been around for about 18 years, and is currently operating in 19 different countries. However it was in their Australian sector that ANC Inc.com became under some heat. The home based business opportunity took intense legal fire by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commissions (ACCC). I wish I had learned about this before sending ACN Inc.com my money.

The Judge made the ruling that ACN Inc.com's opportunity was a Pyramid Scheme and not an MLM business. The reasoning behind the ruling was that for a person to become a full repetitive the cost of $500 was so high, that there is more incentive to resell the opportunity over the actual products. ANC Inc.com even encourages signing up family and friends to gain profits. These were the exact problems I ran into when I was using ANC Inc.com.  Their products are hard to sell and you have to be constantly signing up new people to earn any profit.

Another thing I didn't like about ACN Inc.com was the strict regulations that you must follow. For example if members in your recruitment line don't pay their bills you can be hold responsible.

Overall I was really disappointed in the business opportunity ACN Inc.com was offering. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. 

I am glad I found the business system I am currently using.  I had to sift through a lot scams, and fakes, but in the end the money I have made and finical freedom I have achieved makes it worth it.  I know what it is like to be struggling to find a real business oppertunities and I would be glad to share with you the business system I am currently using.
