Carleton Sheets a Scammer?

If you want information about real estate from someone with clearly no experience in real estate look no further than Carleton Sheets.

That may sound harsh, but the truth is that much of the information offered by Carleton Sheets targets beginners and doesn’t provide you with a fraction of the information you need in order to be successful in real estate. You should always be skeptical about any offers claiming that you can purchase property with no money down.

If buying real estate was that easy, you’d already own plenty of houses wouldn’t you? The no money down scheme targets individuals with little or no disposable income, because they are more likely looking for get rich quick schemes. Fortunately for Sheets, the plan isn’t a scheme because of who it targets.

One of most surprising things about this particular real estate scam is that Carleton Sheets never lets customers know how difficult this program is. For one thing the only way the techniques provided will work is if you have an owner that is truly motivated to sell their property, or if the market isn’t doing very well. Luckily for the rest of the world these circumstances don’t collide often, but if you buy into what Sheets is offering this spells bad news for you.

The problem with no money down real estate plans is that you don’t get all the information you need to really be successful in real estate. Beyond that it requires a certain level of dishonesty, which can have major consequences when it comes to lending institutions and other business transactions that require paperwork and signatures.

I have no doubt that upon purchasing this system that you could get a property…eventually. The problem is how much money you’ll have to spend before all the circumstances align that allows you to get a property with no money down.

The main reason you should avoid Carleton Sheets and his real estate program is that you should never take advice from someone with no actual experience. Sure, he has several college degrees but there’s no evidence that Sheets has made even one cent using the program he pedals to unsuspecting individuals.

I can’t verify it, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Carleton Sheets’ financial success has more to do with selling his programs and back end products rather than buying and selling real estate.

If you don’t believe me, purchase his World’s Greatest Wealth Builder Booklet for $9.95. Do that and you will have spent $10 on a useless pamphlet that only puts you on the Carleton Sheets sales list. Once you’ve purchased the booklet, you will be told that it is impossible for you to really be successful unless you spend another $799.95 for the training seminar.

The initial $10 is how they get your information and from then on you will be bullied into spending all of your expendable cash on Carleton Sheets products, with no financial success to show for it.

If you want to make money in real estate, begin with classes and actually take the time to learn what you need to know. Real estate isn’t a get rich quick scheme; it’s a get rich by working really hard business.

I work online with a method where you can make several hundred dollars for a couple hours of work, whenever you have time.
