Is Dolf De Roos just
a Scam?
|
|
Dolf De Roos is a real estate
strategist. He is widely known for his radio ads.
His programs promise to show you how to make a fortune
with real estate. These "big profits" real estate
strategies have been growing quite popular do to the
large amounts of easy profits that they promise.
Many authors out there offer similar products, but they
all seem to have the same hold ups. I got a chance to
test out
Dolf De
Roos's program for a while before I
found my current investment
system.
I eagerly dove right
into
Dolf De
Roos's programs and books. They
kept showing charts and graphs of all the profits you can
make, and I grew very excited. The way he writes is
very motivating and inspiring. But after reading on
my buzz began to fizzle. I kept reading, and looking over
his programs but I couldn't find any real hard
facts. There was so much fluff and no meat. I
didn't want to keep reading about how much money I could
make, I wanted to learn how!
Also
Dolf De
Roos products all seem like one big
"up sale." An "up sale" is a term to describe when
an author's advice is to buy another one of their
products. A lot of times I found
Dolf De
Roos saying 'To get better at that, I
suggest you look into getting my other advance course',
and that was disappointing. I didn't want to have to keep
buying more products to get the advise I was
promised.
Sadly all of
his courses seem to have this similar pattern. They give
you vague and fluffed advice then suggest you buy another
one of his products. Please trust me I have read them
all, and unfortunately they are all the same. That is why
I like my current system so much, it gave me step-by-step
instructions.
Overall
Dolf De
Roos's courses lacked any
substance. I won’t recommend them unless you
already know advance Real Estate techniques. It
took me a while, but I am glad I finally found a business
opportunity that works for me.
