"Exposing Scams all over the Internet"

Is Internet Speedway a Scam?

Internet Speedway is a company that offers reseller rights to their customers for a variety of products. The customer is offered a chance to own an online store, stocked with the products they prefer.

They are offered a website that is custom built for them and hosted by the company. Internet Speedway is just one of many online stores popping up all over the Internet.

The theory is that other online stores offer websites to their customers that are clones of each other, distinguished only by their referral number or sales identification number. Sites such as the SMC site come to mind here.

These sites are not popular with the major Internet providers, and search engine companies simply because there are so many of them. And anyone who has ever tried to make money off the Internet will tell you.

If you can’t get listed by the major search engines, then you might as well quit because unless your customers are related to you, they won’t be able to find you. By customizing each site to its particular user’s preferences, Internet Speedway predicts more hits on search engines, and thus more traffic to your site.

The following is an example of one of the testimonials on the Internet Speedway website.

I am a nurse and my husband is a full time student. We sell soccer jerseys. In 2002 when we got married, we paid for a two hundred and fifty person wedding with just one month's sale.

This paid for everything from the dress to the place where we had it, the food - everything. The start up costs for this business are very, very low. And, we like that. This you can try, and, put, just a little effort and you can see that it will grow."

The websites offered by Internet Speedway are similar to the ones offered by SMC, and other companies like Shoponline.com. While the sites offered by Internet Speedway offer more variety when setting up the site, all of these sites are basically the same.

They differ in price, but not in approach. While the concept itself is still sound, I would caution against getting involved with this company. There are many questions and complaints regarding poor customer service, money sent and products not received.

The testimonials offered by the site are positive but even those are questionable, some claim they have been written by the company themselves. The following is an example of what someone had to say against the site.

I have had a similar experience, with being ripped off by internet speedway. When you cancel the membership during the trial period, they claim that you didn't follow the exact instructions, and they didn't receive the material that was returned. In my case, the website they were supposed to provide didn't work, and then they proceeded to give a pitch for the "super store" at $1,000.

Internet Speedway is one of the least expensive programs of its type. Currently a free trial costs ten dollars, After that is almost four hundred to buy the program. A little pricey for me, and I imagine for a lot of people like me.

Some of these sites do offer nice products, they are well done. But driving traffic to a site isn’t as easy as it might look, and Internet Speedway no more has the magic formula than I do. When everyone is selling something who is left to buy it. Again too much of a good thing will spoil it for the rest of the people.

This concept is true throughout the business world.

If you’re looking to start a business and I can show you the one business opportunity that is more than ‘theory’ and ‘how to’… it’s an actual ‘system’ and all you need to do is push a few buttons to get it started and generating passive cash daily.
