Wade Cook has been giving real estate advice since the early 1980s.  He was constantly promoting his Get Rich Real Estate program.  Then after some legal troubles, he filed bankruptcy, and disappeared for some time.  Now Wade Cook is making a come back, this time pushing his Options Mentoring products, and seminars.  I highly doubted that he changed his scamming ways at all, but I got chance to test his products before finding my current work-from-home system.

After looking through his programs, I felt like a lot of his stock advice was very basic, and nothing really spectacular or helpful at all.  Then I went on the learn how Wade Cook has been accused for stealing a lot of information, that he put into these products.  It showed.

Wade Cook's Options Mentoring seminars are very expensive, and cost thousands of dollars.  These seminars are filled high pressured salesmen, trying to up sell into even more expensive Wade Cook programs.  It is a very uncomfortable environment.

I went on to learn Wade Cook has not only filled bankruptcy, but he has been investigated by law enforcement and the government on several occasions.  Also he has had trouble with the IRS for failing to pay taxes, and is going to court soon for sentencing. I was shocked!
